Light therapy is an application of specific wavelengths of light to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. LED Therapy can be added on to any of our other treatments.
Red, blue and near-infrared are the most commonly used wavelengths in LED light therapy. These specific wavelengths are well researched and scientifically proven to produce therapeutic benefits.
BLUE penetrates through the epidermis and is known to kill C. Acnes bacteria (bacterial / fungal acne).
RED reaches into the dermal layer and has been shown to enhance collagen and elastin production through photobiostimulation of fibroblasts.
NEAR-INFRARED penetrates deepest and increases microcirculation (tissue repair), decreases inflammation, and attenuates pain.

Hydrodermabrasion is an innovative procedure that combines exfoliation and hydration. It benefits the skin in ways that cannot be done with microdermabrasion. The four main treatment types are:
Deep exfoliation for rough and pigmented skin

Lymphatic drainage for the face & neck
Extractions for acneic skin & clogged pores
Through the combination of vacuum suction integrated with exfoliating tips, loosened skin cells and other impurities are removed from the skins surface. This helps blackheads, whiteheads, reducing risk of breakouts. The hydrating component of this treatment happens simultaneously with serums being infused into the skin during treatment. The infusion of serums helps hydrate the skin leaving it plump, soft and glowing.

Using diamond tip microdermabrasion is a super customizable and relaxing treatment with many benefits. Radiofrequency is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses heat generation and energy to stimulate collagen production.
This process is used to treat winkles, fine lines, help with skin tightening and overall rejuvenation.
RF energy penetrates into the dermal tissues up to 8mm in depth.
Dermal tissues will be heated up to approximately 42 degrees.
Epidermal tissues will begin to be supported through production of new collagen - creating a smoother appearance with tighter & plumper skin!
After a radiofrequency facial, you may experience mild redness or swelling, but these side effects typically subside within a few hours to a few days. Most people can resume their regular activities immediately after the treatment.

Combine four of our most popular skincare treatments into one super-facial! (60 minutes)

The biological effects promoted by this therapy “are related to decrease in inflammatory cells, increased fibroblast proliferation, angiogenesis stimulation, formation of granulation tissue, and increased collagen synthesis.” LED Therapy is also known for its ability to rejuvenate skin, treat acne, decrease inflammation and increase microcirculation.

LED Therapy can be done as often as everyday (with no other contraindications). It is best to do 2-3 times a week if you are using LED Therapy to specifically help with problems such as acne or pain for 6 - 8 treatments.
Best practice is to book 6 - 8 treatments. Please talk to your provider about what treatment protocol is best for you.
