Scheduling Policies

Cancellation policies:

Expressions Cancellation Policy:

  • Less than a 24 hour notice will be expected to pay 50% of appointment value

  • Same day cancellation expected to pay 100% of appointment value

  • Card is required to hold your appointment

  • One emergency per client

Purra MedSpa Cancellation Policy:

  • Less than a 24 hour notice automatically charged at $50 cancellation fee

  • Card is required to hold your appointment

Payment policies:

Accepted Payment Methods for Expressions

  • We do not accept American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • Cash and check are both acceptable.

Accepted Payment Methods for Purra

  • All cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are acceptable

  • Please do not expect to pay with a check

Gratuity:

Please be mindful of your Stylist / Estheticians preferred form of gratuity.

Cash is always accepted.
