  • Caitlin obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University. After obtaining her RN licensure, she began her nursing career in critical care.

    Starting in the Emergency Department, Caitlin obtained many important skills such as dealing with emotional stress, critical-decision making, and knowledge of a large range of medical cases.

    Through the many challenging and rewarding experiences, Caitlin began to seek her true passion: Aesthetics.

    After completing a three month training program as well as many continued educational opportunities with many different products and equipment, Caitlin was able to help open Purra MedSpa.

  • Dr. Garrett Cuppels has been a board-certified physician for over 20 years. He began his career as an orthopedic surgeon with emphasis on sports injuries but then transitioned into the health and wellness space by starting his own supplement companies.

    He has served as the Medical Director for a number of clinics offering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV hydration, and a variety of other aesthetics treatments.

    Dr. Cuppels takes pride in providing and overseeing quality care in a compassionate, responsible, and individualized manner.

Cancellation Policy for Purra MedSpa is as follows:

All appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Credit card information to hold your appointment time is necessary. No exceptions.
